The office property, which is located at Johannes-Brahms-Platz 1, is an attractive listed building which combines a classic style with quality modern office facilities.

Hamburg's office market is looking healthy. Overall take up has increased in the first half of this year compared with the first half of 2010 while prime and average rents have remained stable."
