A private German investor has bought a 2,100 sq m (22,604 sq ft) office building in Kaiserswerther Straße, in the Golzheim area of Düsseldorf advised by international real estate advisor Savills. The seller is a German publishing house from North Rhine-Westphalia.
The property is situated north of Düsseldorf city centre in a well-established office area known for its national and international businesses, law firms, advertising firms and fashion houses.
Panajotis Aspiotis, Regional Director at Savills Germany, says: “The third quarter of 2011 has been the strongest in terms of investment volumes throughout Germany. Overall in the first nine months of the year office investments have accounted for 27% of the total transaction volume in Germany.
