The 6,897 sq m office asset, constructed in 2007, is situated within Lyon’s Bioparc area and is fully let to eight tenants in the health sector including MGEN, Erytech and MACSF.
Boris Cappelle, director of investment at Savills France, says: “The transaction was carried out in record time, taking just two months from market launch to completion, reflecting the on-going demand for SCPI vehicles in France’s office markets.”
BNP Paribas Real Estate were co-instructed in the sale.
