Savills has strengthened its property management team in Sweden with four appointments including a new head of project development, Jonas Högset. All four new joiners are based at the firm’s Stockholm office.
Jonas Högset has joined Savills as head of project development at director level. Jonas has several years experience in the industry including at Swedish property development firm NCC and he joins Savills from Stockholm’s Royal Tennis Hall where he was property manager responsible for tenants and the arena’s further development.
In addition, Marija Nikolic and Maria Andersson have been recruited to reinforce the property management team as associate directors and both join from property firm Einar Mattsson. Ann-Christine Kiani, formerly with Akelius, will further strengthen the team working in client accounting and joins Savills on August 26.

Savills Stockholm based property management team has extensive experience with 500,000 sq m currently under management and SEK50 million (€5.7 million) of client revenue generated by the team’s portfolio in 2012.
