Savills has strengthened its European cross border investment team with the appointment of director Oliver Fraser-Looen. He is based at the firm’s London HQ in Margaret Street and responsible for generating further pan-European retail investment business and transactions with a particular focus on Germany, Poland and the Nordic markets.

Oliver joins Savills from Cushman & Wakefield where he spent three and a half years working in the firm’s European cross border retail investment team with key clients including Meyer Bergman, Henderson, MGPA and Pramerica.  Prior to this he was based in Dubai where he set up Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region where key clients include Qatar National Bank and a number of Kuwaiti pension funds.

Borja Sierra, CEO for Savills Europe, says: “We are delighted to welcome Oliver who further expands the international expertise of the team with a thorough understanding of European investment markets and an impressive track record.  Oliver’s focus will be on cross border retail investments and his addition will reinforce Savills rising position in European real estate markets.”
