Savills appointed letting agent for Warsaw’s West Point 120

Bouygues Immobilier Polska has appointed international real estate advisor Savills as exclusive letting agent for its new West Point 120 office project.

Bouygues Immobilier Polska has appointed international real estate advisor Savills as exclusive letting agent for its new West Point 120 office project. This follows the recent successful completion and delivery of Miasteczko Orange, built-to-suit for telecommunications giant Orange Polska.

West Point 120 will comprise two connected office buildings with a total leasable area of over 20,000 sq m. Each building will welcome visitors with a separate reception lobby and will be serviced by three and four high-speed lifts respectively. The project is located on Włodarzewska 120 Street in the dynamically expanding Jerozolimskie Business District in the western part of Warsaw. West Point 120 will feature a canteen, café lounge and a green patio area. Good public transport links are secured by numerous bus lines and a fast railway train (SKM), which connects directly with the City Centre and Chopin International Airport.

West Point 120 is BREEAM pre-certified with a "Very Good" level, in line with environmental and social standards that Bouygues Immobilier implements in all its commercial development across Europe.

Marc-Alban Fortier, commercial development director at Bouygues Immobilier Polska, says: ”Bouygues Immobilier is committed to urban sustainability and has developed in France a specific range of low-energy and positive-energy buildings, especially under the brand Green Office. So naturally, while designing West Point 120, we focused both on improving the end-user’s well-being and on providing efficient technologies securing lower building charges and energy savings that go even beyond BREEAM certificate requirements.”

Tomasz Buras, head of office agency at Savills Poland, says: “This will be a perfect location for companies searching for modern and environmentally friendly out-of-city-centre offices. Bouygues Immobilier has a strong track record with Miasteczko Orange, which proves that they can develop not only efficient buildings, but also design the landscaping and surroundings in a way which adds comfort for tenants.”

In West Point 120 tenants will enjoy a combination of smart, well-conceived design and flexible, column-free floor plates of 3,500 sq m enabling efficient accommodation of larger occupiers as well as an easy division into smaller units. With the Al. Jerozolimskie, one of Warsaw’s main traffic routes linking with the ring road and A2, as well as SKM rail, the scheme offers great accessibility.
