Her several years of experience in both hotel transactions and hotel management will be of huge value in supporting our work in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets, at a time when increasing amounts of global capital is targeting the European hotel sector. Our strong track record across the region, including brokering the €375m acquisition of Hilton Vienna for a Korean consortium, is testament to the growing demand for best-in-class European gateway hotel assets.”

Marcus Lemli, CEO Germany and Head of Investment Europe for Savills, adds: "In Ann-Katrin Kaiser we have found an ideal addition to the EMEA team. She will handle day-to-day business from the Frankfurt office, so that we will also be able to better take advantage of synergies between Germany and international markets. With her extensive industry expertise I am confident she is best positioned to understand the requirements of buyers, sellers and tenants.”

Ann-Katrin Kaiser, associate director in the Savills EMEA hotels team, says: “I am very much looking forward to this new challenge, in which I will be able to combine my management skills with my hotel and hospitality experience for the benefit of local and international clients."
