When our people feel safe, supported and empowered within our culture, they do their best work. We actively foster an inclusive culture, attracting diverse talent and ensuring everyone has the opportunities they need to grow.
The UN set out Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for businesses around the world. Savills have aligned with 9 of the 17 UN SDGs, that are the most relevant to our business, three of which come under our culture approach:
- Good health and wellbeing: Our goal is to provide healthy workplaces, encourage healthy lifestyles and raise awareness of mental health & wellbeing.
- Gender equality: We actively promote gender equality and aim to maintain a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Decent work and economic growth: We are committed to operating responsibly and providing fair, safe and diverse culture.
In 2024, we continued our work on this agenda:
- Savills was recognised at 16 different award events globally.
- 86 mental health events were hosted by Savills.
- 78 Diversity and Inclusion events were across our global office network
- Savills Hong Kong became a signatory to both the Racial Diversity & Inclusion Charter for Employers and the Good Employer Charter 2024 and Savills France, Savills Germany, and Savills Netherlands committed to diversity charters
